Why we started
Back pain, stiff shoulders and tired legs are not rare complaints in India. They are what most people carry home after a long shift, a long commute or a long day on their feet. What is rare is doing anything about it consistently, because a therapist visit costs time and money that most families cannot spare every week.
ARG Health Care was founded in 2007 to close that gap. Rather than selling one product, we set out to import a full range, so that a person with heel pain, a parent with cervical stiffness and an athlete recovering from training could each find the right device instead of the nearest one.
Nineteen years later the principle has not changed. We import directly, we stock what we can actually service, and we would rather talk a customer out of the wrong product than sell it to them.
The person behind ARG
Arnika Kumar leads ARG Health Care, overseeing product sourcing, the outlet network and the service team that supports every unit we sell. Her focus has been on building the parts of the business customers only notice when they go wrong: technicians who answer, spare parts that are actually in stock, and demo floors where a chair can be tried before it is bought.
That emphasis shapes what we stock. A product enters the range only if we can service it in the cities where we sell it.

No middle layer
We import directly rather than reselling, which is why we can price competitively and answer technical questions about the units we sell.
Technicians at every outlet
Trained technicians handle installation, repair and spare parts, including support after the warranty period ends.
COD and EMI
Pay 25 percent to book and the balance on delivery, or spread a larger purchase across monthly instalments.

What we will and will not tell you
Wellness is a category full of overpromising. We would rather be useful than impressive, so a few things stated plainly:
Our products support comfort, relaxation, circulation and muscle recovery. They are not treatments for disease, and they are not a substitute for medical care. A massage chair helps with muscular back pain, not a slipped disc. A vibration plate supports a fitness routine, it does not replace diet and exercise.
If you have a diagnosed spinal, cardiac or circulatory condition, or you are pregnant, speak to your doctor before using any massage device. If a product is not right for you, we will say so before you buy it, not after.
