Return & Refund Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once an order is cancelled, the amount will be refunded in case of prepaid orders.

1. Cancellation Criteria

Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:

• Incorrect or incomplete customer address (e.g., street details, landmark, etc.)
• Incorrect product price or specification listed on arghealthcare.in
• Product becomes unavailable or goes out of stock
• Delivery location falls under a non-serviceable area by our courier partners
• Suspicion of fraudulent or misleading information

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• In case of cancellation, a credit note equivalent to the billing amount will be issued
• Cancellation requests must be made within 24 working hours from the date of receipt of the product

Return Policy

We offer returns in the following cases:

2. Returning a Product

There are two methods to return a product:

• Reverse Pickup: We arrange courier pickup from your location
• Self-Shipping: If pickup is unavailable, customer must send the product via India Post

Courier charges will be reimbursed after product is received (only if applicable).

3. Steps to Return a Product

1. Inform us via call or email within 7 days of delivery
2. Ensure the product is unused and packed in original packaging
3. Keep the invoice ready
4. We will arrange reverse pickup within 2–3 business days (if available)
5. Hand over the package to the courier partner
6. Product will be delivered to our facility
7. Quality check will be completed within 2 working days

4. Refund / Replacement

If the product is found defective/damaged:

• Replacement will be provided (subject to availability)
• In case replacement is not available, refund may be processed

5. Important Notes

• If product fails quality check, it will be re-shipped to customer

• Clearance sale items are not eligible for return
• Combo products cannot be returned partially

Shipping Policy

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 4–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If there is a significant delay in shipping your order anywhere across India, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

4. Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please share:

• Clear images of the damaged product
• Unboxing video (if available)

Warranty Policy (T&C Apply)

1. Warranty Coverage

Services offered during the warranty period are free of cost.

• The product must be sent to the company’s service center for repair
• During the warranty period, both-side shipping charges will be borne by the company

2. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

• Physical damage
• Liquid spills
• Damage caused by rodents (e.g., rat bites)

3. After Warranty

Once the warranty period expires, services will be provided on a chargeable basis.

4. Warranty Validity

A 1-year warranty is applicable only on products that have a valid warranty tag.

5. On-Site Warranty

On-site warranty service is applicable only for:

• Massage Chairs
• Bed Massagers

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across India.

2. Payment Terms

• Customers are required to pay 20% advance at the time of placing the order
• The remaining 80% amount must be paid at the time of delivery
